Shipping policy
Every Shuba Designs piece is handmade in Los Angeles, with care and attention to detail. Because many of our pieces are made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping when planning your purchase.
Production Time
Most Shuba Designs pieces are handmade to order.
Our standard production time is approximately 1-3 business days before your order is ready to ship.
Occasionally, select pieces or sizes may already be available and can ship same day for orders before 2:00pm LA time or next day for orders after 2pm LA time.
If you need your order by a specific date or for an upcoming event, please contact us at shuba.designs@gmail.com before placing your order. Expedited production may be available depending on the piece and our current production schedule.
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.
U.S. Shipping
We ship throughout the United States from our studio in Los Angeles.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local customs processing, and the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shuba Designs does not control or determine these charges. We recommend checking your country's import requirements before ordering if you are unsure.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your package has been dispatched.
Shipping Delays
Shipping and delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at shuba.designs@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos.
We will review the situation and work with the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate next steps.
Please note that Shuba Designs cannot guarantee carrier delivery timelines or prevent delays or handling issues once a shipment has left our studio.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at shuba.designs@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

We strongly recommend ordering well in advance to allow sufficient time for production and delivery.
